Delivery and return flow are measured across multiple test points covering low load, part load and high load. That data calculates each injector's individual 13 code compensation code, recorded against its serial number — so you load the right code into the ECU for each cylinder before it goes in.

How Much Can You Handle? — Sizing Guide
+30%
Best for: Tuned daily drivers, towing setups, stock turbos and 44mm turbo upgrades.
Fuel pump: Happy with a standard pump when paired with a suitable tune.
+50%
Best for: 44mm and larger turbo setups chasing more torque and power.
Fuel pump: Upgraded pump recommended. Can still run a standard pump where the tune and fuel demand allow.
+100%
Best for: Big turbo, built engine and serious fuel-system builds only.
Fuel pump: An upgraded or stroker pump is required to feed this much flow.
All options are bench tested, flow matched and supplied with individual 13 code compensation codes.

🧰 What You'll Want on Hand
Don't go in half-prepared. Sort the supporting bits before install day:
- Genuine Toyota Injector Fitting Kit — copper seat washers, seals and gaskets. Do it properly.
- Genuine Toyota Euro 4 Injector Lines — new crush-fit lines for a proper seal. Reusing old ones is asking for a messy leak.
- Aluminium Rocker Cover — optional alloy upgrade while you're already in there.
💡 Pro tip: Always replace copper seat washers and injector lines when fitting new injectors. Cleanliness is everything with common rail.

Where a modified or oversized injector is sold as Genuine — including Denso — the term Genuine refers only to the injector body. It does not refer to the nozzle.
The body stays genuine. The nozzle and overall flow characteristics differ from original OEM spec. That's the whole point.

When you provide your VIN or rego, we'll confirm the injector type your Hilux left the factory with. This may not be correct if the injectors, harness or ECU have previously been changed.

A: Yes. An ECU remap is essential for every upgraded profile — +30%, +50% and +100%. The tune calibrates fuelling, rail pressure and injection timing to match the extra flow. Go in without one and you'll just make a mess.
Q: Can I run +30% on a stock turbo?
A: Yes — +30% works on the factory turbo with a tune. +50% and +100% want an upgraded turbo and supporting mods to keep up.
Q: Will these work with the factory HP3 pump?
A: +30% typically works with a healthy stock pump. +50% and +100% usually want a higher-output or stroker pump to feed the demand.
Q: Do they come with compensation codes?
A: Yes. Every injector gets its own individual 13 code generated from measured bench data, recorded against the serial number so it goes to the right cylinder.
