How Much Can You Handle? — Sizing Guide
+30%
Best for: Tuned daily drivers, towing setups, stock turbos, 44mm turbo upgrades and selected F55 setups.
Fuel pump: Happy with a standard pump when paired with a suitable tune.
+50%
Best for: 44mm and larger turbo setups chasing more torque and power.
Fuel pump: Upgraded pump recommended to get the most from them. Can still run a standard pump where the tune and fuel demand allow.
Both options are bench tested, flow matched and supplied with individual 18 code compensation codes.

Don't go in half-prepared. Sort the supporting bits before install day:
- Genuine Toyota Injector Fitting Kit — copper seat washers, seals and gaskets. Do it properly.
- Genuine Toyota Injector Lines — new crush-fit lines for a proper seal. Reusing old ones is asking for a messy leak.
💡 Pro tip: Always replace copper seat washers and injector lines when fitting new injectors. Cleanliness is everything with common rail.

Where a modified or oversized injector is sold as Genuine — including Denso — the term Genuine refers only to the injector body. It does not refer to the nozzle.
The body stays genuine. The nozzle and overall flow characteristics differ from original OEM spec. That's the whole point.

When you provide your VIN or rego, we'll confirm the injector type your Hilux left the factory with. This may not be correct if the injectors, harness or ECU have previously been changed.

A: Yes. An ECU remap is essential for both the +30% and +50% profiles. Go in without one and you'll just make a mess.
Q: What's the difference between 18 code and 13 code injectors?
A: 18 code are the later Euro 4 configuration for the relevant 1KD applications. They use different ECU calibrations and can't be swapped with 11 code or 13 code injectors.
Q: Do they come with compensation codes?
A: Yes. Every injector gets its own individual 18 code generated from measured bench data, recorded against the serial number on the body so it goes to the right cylinder.
